Penny Waters

Penny WatersPenny is a senior lawyer having worked and assisted clients in rural New England for many years. Penny is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury. Her very busy practice consists of litigation in all jurisdictions, conveyancing, industrial law, wills and estates. She is a Councillor for the NSW Law Society and is the North and Northwest Regional President. Penny has been on both the Ethics and Rural Issues Committee member’s board with the Law Society for several years. 

Brian Mockler

Brian a senior lawyer and farmer has worked with Penny Waters as a consultant for 15 years.  Brian handles Contract Disputes, Probate, Wills and Estates, Personal Injury and Family Law.  He is very experience in Motor Vehicle Accident matters, Work Issues, Industrial Law and Rural issues.  In his local community Brian is on the Board of Bendigo Bank and LPHA, a member of Lions, Tooraweenah Show Committee and many other local groups.

Laura McDonald

Laura McDonald Laura is a graduate from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Languages), Bachelor of Laws and Diploma of Legal Practice.

Laura enjoys working in various areas of law including Family Law, De-facto Law, Wills and Estates, Enduring power of Attorneys and Guardianships, Child Law and Conveyancing.

Laura is actively involved in the legal and broader community as the Regional Delegate for the New South Wales Young Lawyers, secretary for the North and Northwest Regional Law Society and holds a position on the Northern Inland Football Disciplinary Committee.

Laura has a strong enthusiasm to work with clients to achieve the best possible outcome.

James Bartley

James BartleyJames is a qualified Solicitor having graduated from University of New England, with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business.  James is practicing in the areas of Civil Litigation, Criminal, Conveyancing, claims for Personal Injury, including Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident matters.  James also enjoys being an active member of the community and advocating for local people and local issues.

Andrew Corlette

Andrew ColetteAndrew  is the firms senior paralegal and is experienced in civil matters such as Work Disputes, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Victims Services matters and Occupational Health and Safety. He is personable and approachable at all times and loves to take your enquiries.

Nicole Killen

Nicole KillenNicole completed an Associate Degree in law (Paralegal Studies) through Southern Cross University and has worked with PWAL Armidale for 10 years.

Nicole is experienced in civil matters including Work Disputes, Motor Vehicle Accident claims and Conveyancing. She is particularly interested in Workers Compensation and Industrial Deafness matters.
